These earrings are designs from the ancient Mimbres that were created by the artist to resemble closely those found on the ancient pottery.  They have been carefully applied to handmade porcelain beads.  The edges of the beads have been tinted. Then they were fired to 200 degrees F (1200C )

In the photos I have tried to show both sides of the beads.  Both beads are identical but I've shown the front of one and the back of the other.
